Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns

Conditions for Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

Conditions for Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Items with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at eyesaverspecs@gmail.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at eyesaverspecs@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product defect or damage.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
